Re: Using RSP1 in gnuradio with osmocom source block

The best and easiest way to get up and running with RSPs in Gnu Radio is here:

viewtopic.php?f=6&t=3770

Bespoke source blocks for each RSP so that you can control all aspects of the RSP directly.

Re: Scanning the 2M Ham band

There's a number of things to say about the scanner... The scanner first performs a DFT (discrete fourier transform) on 1.5 MHz of spectrum at a time. This is crucial for the speed of the scanner. If your total span to be scanned is less than 1.5 MHz, then the LO will never change and could give the...

Re: AUX SP Window

There is an issue we are aware of that affects the re-sizable windows placed on the right side of the display. There is a check to make sure the window X position + the window width do not exceed the display width. Unfortunately the default window width is used instead of the window width stored in ...

Re: New Vers. 1.3 Screen Size Adjusting: How, Please ?

Start recording the video Install 1.24 Start 1.24 and show it working Install 1.3 Start 1.3 and show it failing Show ...

Re: New Vers. 1.3 Screen Size Adjusting: How, Please ?

Hello Robert, A number of the panels are a fixed size (Main Window, RX control panel, EX control panel, scanner panel and the recorder panel). The other panels (SP1, SP2, memory panel and the RDS information panel) can all be resized by dragging the bottom right hand corner of the window and in the ...

Re: SDRuno on Linux

It's important to note that whilst the ExtIO version of SDRuno is bundled with the 1.22 release, it is actually 1.06 so you will appreciate how far apart in development terms that is from what we have today with 1.3 It's likely that we'll release the ExtIO 1.06 version as a separate install so that ...

Re: SDRuno on Linux

You cannot install 1.3 and 1.22 into the same directory as this will corrupt the ExtIO version. The reason that the ExtIO version had to stop development was that we have had to focus on RSP integration into SDRuno and quite a number of the improvements are not compatible with the support for other ...

Re: 1.3 installation

I don't really understand why it would be that hard for them to write a migrator that would read the registry and then write out an ini file. This does not make for a very good user experience. The compressed encrypted binary format that was used in the registry settings was never designed to be ei...
