You will need VSPE or a similar app.

I should have my code on a external hard drive. I have to take a look. We (Myself and Jon) did this a while back. I used a leonardo clone.

The reason why I left code out was that I wanted people to explore vs the usual copy and pasting of my code.

Not sure if you changed any of the CIV settings in the rig but here is my OMNIRIG screen capture and COM PORT capture. Everything must match.

I believe the issues is DTR and RTS enabled in Omnirig.
I recall when I had 3000 I needed to disable one of them (In the com port under device manager, omnirig and in the physical rig)
