Re: Beginner's curiosity
PS: When using the ClassAxe Database if you don't know the call simply enter the frequency in khz in the freq field. It will list all NDB's using that frequency (and several Khz above the entered freq in ascending order)

Re: New RSP2pro - Dissapointing Results
Some of these RSP2pros had internally reversed A & B port connections. That is, the A input connector is internally connected to the B port and vice-versa. I have also noticed that strong signals can bleed over into the unused antenna input.

Re: HF weak signal reception in presence of noise
glovisolL That's an interesting experiment you've done. Very helpful. I have a question. Any ideas why the noise floor is inversely proportional (more or less) to the RF gain setting? More RF gain lowers the noise floor. In my case it was varied from -116dbm at min RF gain to -135dbm at max RF gain....

That's good to hear. As to HF reception there have been zero sunspots for 30 of the last 31 days.

Re: Breaking changes in SDRPlay API
Current versions of SDRSharp will playback SDRPlay I/Q files. No driver required.
