Re: Raspberry Pi 2 + SDRplay: Setup Guide?
Yes, I would like to say that the link to the tutorial does work with a Raspberry Pi3B+ https://ansi.23-5.eu/2018/01/sdrplay-remote-raspberry-pi/#comment-482 Only failings of that Tutorial is that at one point tit leaves the newbie stranded. it says: Binary Libraries The driver can be downloaded fro...

Re: Raspberry Pi 2 + SDRplay: Setup Guide?
I admit, I have not yet started yet to get the RSP1a to run on the pi with a Raspberian lite headless system I have used the SDRPlay Pi image and got it working directly but I want to try running it on a Pi 3B+ as a headless system and Raspberian lite. So all I want running on the pi is Soapy Remote...

Re: Alternative to Spyserver
Did you ever come up with a way to sue the RSP1a remotely ? I currently have an RTL-SDR dongle on a Pi3 running rtl_tcp in my attic at home and using iPhone app SDRReceiver I can access my RTL-SDR worldwide. Just bought an RSP1a to improve on my reception but I can't find a way to use the RSP1a with...

Just ordered RSP1a, getting Pi prepared
Have been playing with a NooElec RTL dongle for a bit, but decided to jump in and try an RSP1a so now need to prepare. I’ve read back on my old posts and what I wanted seems not to be possible, but for now listening locally on my home network will be enough, but I am still not 100 % clear how I do t...

Re: SDR Play image work with RTL USB dongle ?
Ok, so here is the latest. Never yet managed to get any of my RTL dongles to work with the SDRPlay Image. Was trying to use the instructions as mentioned in video no.1 in my previous reply. I could get to the point where ‘rtl_test-t’ showed success, so drivers installed. But the Cubic SDR never dete...

Re: Default SSH username for the SDR Play Pi image
Yes, probably easier, been looking up setting static IP addresses and I see no GUI options. For now I have created a desktop shortcut to the .ssh folder on my Windows machine. Every time I get the error I can just click the shortcut, go to the folder and delete the known hosts file. Then when ssh’in...
