Re: SDRUno as panadapter for PROIII

Yes Omni-Rig shows up in two places. You only need to change the one in the Main window if you are using SDRuno in panadapter mode with input from the IF of your transceiver. In the VRX you select which rig you want (1 or 2) and you have to click RSYN on the window border to use Omni-Rig with that V...

Re: Sangean Portable Antenna for RSP1A?

Sure it will work but it will pickup a lot of RFI noise if you are in a house, apartment or hotel. Outside it should work well when you plug it into the centre pin of the SMA connector.

Re: SDR UNO as panadapter - help!

2. I need the ability to mouse at a frequency on the spectrum display or waterfall and have VFO-B set to that frequency. When I say VFO-B in this case, I mean I want the transceiver VFO-B set to that frequency. Is this possible? Also, I see that VFO-A on the transceiver is not set to a frequency I ...

Re: HDSDR 2.76a

Those updating should know that you will lose all settings when doing the update and you have to move the SDRplay Extio.dlls' into the HDSDR directory.

The reason for this is the SDRplay install of HDSDR uses a different directory for the program and different registry settings.

Re: ham radio deluxe control SDR Console V 3

How is HRD connected to the radio? HRD does not support Omni-Rig. Windows does not allow more than one program to access a physical Com port at the same time. It is possible to get them all working together with a virtual COM port like com0com or vspe. If I knew more details of how you got it all wo...

See the other post on Omni-Rig problems. You might need to use the Kenwood 6.73 USB driver instead of 6.75.

Re: Omnrig Issues (I think)

Thanks. I am using the latest 6.7.5 driver version. The Silicon Labs site doesn't show the 6.7.3 version anymore. Any idea how to get it? Russ I used the Wayback Machine to find the driver for you. You can download it here from the archived Kenwood page (bottom of page). https://tinyurl.com/kenwood...
