Re: Feedback for version 1.0a here

Thank you tech support, report confirmed as operator ignorance. It's been a few years.

Re: Feedback for version 1.0a here

Follow up: On other frequencies with different settings this effect is much less pronounced but still occurs. Looking at the raw data on the screen it appears there may be, for whatever reason, more negative excursions in my noise than positive ones which would of course skew the readings. I don't k...

Re: Feedback for version 1.0a here

This software is more exciting by the minute as I try each function, but I have a question as to how the average function works in a trace. I am consistently seeing the "Average" trace showing a lower level than the "apparent average" I see on the raw trace. My expectation would be that the average ...

Re: Feedback for version 1.0a here

Thank you thank you thank you! I started checking every 12 hours and suddenly surprise, available for download! Thank You! Feedback: If I change frequency by moving the cursor to the input box and typing a new frequency, then I press Enter, Windows emits the Asterisk sound. Is that intended? I would...

Re: Remotely Reset/Reboot RSP2Pro

Perhaps you could use Device Manager to disable and re-enable the RSP device when you are remotely controlling?

Re: Using your SDRPlay RSPx as a Spectrum Analyzer for testing

With that version of SDR# getting a bit long in the tooth and all the improvements to SDRuno and other compatible software, is there any reason to use that old version of SDR# in 2019? Can SDR# do anything the others can't?

Re: V 1.3 ...W10 .. Recording With a Schedule

As a work around if you are running Windows, I suggest you install Audacity and try turning on audio activated recording. When your scheduled receive starts it should kick in and record, but I have not verified this.

Re: Saving setup in SDR UNO

This feature was mentioned in 2015 as "planned", yet when I save my workspace with multiple receivers in 1.3, they are all restored with the same frequency. Is this a bug or has that feature not been added yet? I like to have 8 Aircraft receivers up simultaneously. Putting the frequencies in the ind...

Is there Peak Hold on the Main Spectrum Window?

I can't seem to find this. One can get some signal persistence by increasing the FFT average feature, but that is a poor substitute. This simple function would make it easy to leave SDRuno running and see the frequencies of transient signals for further investigation. Just to be clear, by peak hold ...

Re: Sorry .... SDRPlay & GNURADIO again ......

I have dabbled with Linux for about 10 years and I am still barely functional in anything but Ubuntu or Mint with little beyond basic command line skills. I too have given up on GNU radio, despite multiple attempts and the lure of being able to "build" almost any type of radio or signal processor in...
