This can happen with a wireless mouse when: It's batteries are getting low and/or the receiver is too far away from the mouse.

I use Windows Snip Tool for captures. Click on the 'attachments' tab - there will be a choice to 'add files'. 'Place inline' will appear after the file is uploaded. From what I have seen, the markers don't follow any trim that is done. They align with the grid on the spectrum display.
PPMtrim merely moves the underlying trace left or right in the display window. PPM trim must be done first to calibrate the display.

That's odd. I tried it both SDRUNO 1.30 and 1.31
Both created csv files with the chosen time interval.
Does the time stamp appear in the waterfall when recording?
CSV recording will automatically enable time stamping if time stamping has not been manually selected.
