Re: SDRplay and MW/LF Reception
Greg - sorry I didn't see your post earlier! I'm a MW DXer (although a bit lapsed these days) and one of my tests for any radio is whether it can hear the weakish daytime signal from Manx Radio (1368 KHz) in the presence of the very strong signal from Asian Sound Radio (1377 KHz). Some radios just c...

Re: SDRplay SDRSharp Plugin v2.0
It is a bit messy, but my main prob at the moment is that it loses the freq correction every time I shut it down. It's a pain in the backside to have to dial up -174 everytime I want to use it!

Re: HDSDR Plug-in
It's significantly better. However, I've found that it can still 'get lost' when tuning in large steps (say 10 MHz per click). At first you don't know anything has gone wrong, but it slowly dawns as there are no signals.... I think it happens when I tune through the gap zone.
Unless it's just me?

Re: SDRplay and SWL usage
Hello all. After some delay(!) I have managed to return to the forum. Re the frequency discrepancy I don't think the 'shift' feature is suitable, as it adds or subtracts a fixed offset at all frequencies, whereas the SDRPlay (in common with all PLL synthesised tuners) has a 'per Hertz' offset. This ...
