Use SDRuno without cursor?

Hi there,
is it possible to use SDRuno without the cursor? My goal is to build a SDR receiver in a box with a screen and knobs, but I do not want to use a mouse. I can "simulate" every key from the keyboard and the Mouse wheel and clicks with an Arduino (as HID).
