Tx manager

I know that Sdruno can communicate with Ham Radio deluxe to tune the radio. Can it also work with the program “TX Manager”?
What I would like to do is click on the waterfall or spectrum and have the radio tune to that frequency through TX Manager. This would allow me to use SDRuno to act as a panadapter on my FT-857d.
I know HRD pretty well but am just getting familiar with TX Manager.
