VFO A & B Not Retaining Frequency

Whenever I enter 2 different frequencies into vfo a & vfo b; the 2 vfo,s sync to the same frequency.
Is there a setting that I can toggle to force the 2 vfo,s to retain the different frequencies that I entered?
