CUBIC SDR Download; Where? And, What Else Req.?

Hello,
Thanks for all the previous help; very appreciated.
Trying to home in on a single SDR program to learn well, and use.
Will probably be SDRUno, but, frankly, it's a bit intimidating for me now at my age.
But, will probably go with it; an incredible piece of software.
Though I'd take another look at CUBIC now that I have a new
W10 pc, and not having all my old problems in trying to get it to work on my iMac via Parallels.
I see, unless I missed it, that there is no SDRPlay download for CUBIC on the SDRPlay site.
Where (what link) should I go to to download the latest and most
stable version of CUBIC ?
And, what additional _api or dll or,... should I download from the SDRPlay site to
actually make it function ? I imagine there are several required ?
