Feedback and suggestions

The only feedback link. where it was previously possible to leave suggestions now seems to require raising a support ticket.
As this seems to require extra work on the part of the developers, is anyone aware of an alternative, other than floating suggestions on this forum?
On the other hand perhaps the intent is to either to lessen this workload or gauge any support or opinion of others users.
So, with this in mind,whilst this is already a terrific programme, I believe that it would be an advantage if during frequency scanning, once the scanner leaves the "Waiting" mode to "Holding," should activity on frequency recommence during the holding time, this should restart the "Waiting" and "Holding" time process again, with of course, the option to "override" and continue the scan.
I appreciate that this may be thought not worthwhile or too complicated to achieve.
