Yes it does work, it works better with HDSDR as you can run two instances, no way of selecting which one as they are the same name, so, easy way is to run one HDSDR then connect the second RSP then run another instance of HDSDR and it will pick up the unused RSP and you're good to go....
or you can run one instance of SDR-Console and a instance of HDSDR, I'll drop Simon an email to see if we can get a second instance to recognize the second RSP...
