Google Maps according to Virtual Radar Servers website,
Now requires you to up load your credit card details so you can get a key to use there maps.
They will charge you to use there maps if you go over a certain download limit.

Virtual Radar now can use Leaflet style maps (free).
Though this is a problem if your plane goes over a time zone.
The plane will disappear and you will require a new map to follow that plane.

I think Planeplotter can still load Google maps for free that look fine without any water marks.
Why Planeplotter can still do this I`m uncertain.

I still prefer Virtual Radar for there some what live zoomable maps than planeplotter for viewing flights.

The Virtual Radar leaflet time zone problem is being looked into though it has not been fixed yet.
Someone else may have another solution.... cheers.
