Can't get Multi PSK to Work

I downloaded and installed the virtual audio cable and multi psk that Mike demonstrates in his videos. I followed the set up exactly the same as he does in the video, but I get a message that the virtual audio cable is in use by another device. Consequently the multi psk won't work either. In the video I think he was using Windows 10 perhaps. I have been using my SDRplay and SDRuno with a Windows Vista computer and it has worked just fine. Is there some different way to set this up virtual audio cable and multi psk for a Windows Vista computer or will it just not work on a Vista computer?
