antenna wire has come off connector

Due to a loose nut the small wire has now come off the gold connector on the pcb with my 18 month old rsp1a. impossible to get the wire back with my eyesight. I presume I will have to pay for this small job to be done by sdrplay ?

Find a local repair shop or Amateur Radio club.

If you look on eBay you can find ready made short cables with the female SMA connector assembled on one side & the submin coax connector on the other side. Then you just easily replace the original cable, makin sure you tighten the nut of the SMA real strong!

sdrplay will send me a replacement pigtail, the pcb connector comes off easily

Nice to hear SDRplay will replace the sma pigtale. How about a couple of photos when you make the repair. I suspect many of us in time will appreciate the information. Thanks, John
