Indoor dual band antenna

Looking for dual band (2m, 70cm) indoor antenna options. Can't decide if I should use a roll up J-pole behind the blinds or if something else is available.
This will be a recieve only antenna. I have this one bookmarked.

J-poles don't like to be too close to other objects - they detune easily.

How about a mobile 2M/70cm dual band mag mount antenna stuck on a cookie sheet. Not great but easy to setup and you can go mobile if you have the occasion.

That works. I could easily mount it on a camera tripod like I do with the loop.
