ALA1530LN and the tale of four NDB's
Re: ALA1530LN and the tale of four NDB's
Hi,
You could be getting coupling from nearby conductors, like house wiring, power lines, tower guy wires, or any other over head wires that form a ground loop. These will couple to the receiving loop, distorting the figure 8 pattern. I dont know what effect a hill side has. The loop antenna is not directional to high angle sky wave signals.

ALA1530LN and the tale of four NDBs
My poor atom netbook is having a hard time running quisk and fldigi at the some time. What solutions have others used to use a Peaberry V2 with older/processor limited hardware?
