Re: software to decode cw, rtty, digital on SDR Console V3

There are LOTS of digital multimode decoding packages available: Fldigi, Multipsk, HRD, Sigmira to name a few. Google multimode digital decoding software to find more. I use Multipsk because it covers all the modes I want in a single product. It has a higher learning curve than some others. Fldigi a...

Re: RX-TX switch for SDRPlay

A manual coax switch is inexpensive. But you have to remember to switch it. A coax relay is a more expensive option, and will switch automatically. Another option are commercial devices made for ham radio that will automatically switch and ground. A few examples. https://www.dxengineering.com/search...

Re: MRP40 a MORSE Code decoder/transmitter

I've used this. I read in several places that it was the best CW decoder. I get just as good results from Multipsk, and it's free.

One more note, the higher end preselector has been in the works on his website for several years. If you want a solution now, either go for the other one that's already available or some other solution.

Just my 2p worth.

Re: Need help with Wellbrook Loop & SDRplay/SDRuno

I have the SV1AFN ham bands preselector and it works GREAT! SV1AFN makes very high quality kits and finished products. You can't go wrong with his stuff. I am not affiliated with him, just a happy customer. I've purchased numerous items from him over the years and have always been satisfied. 73 - Da...

Re: Beverage or Wellbrook Loop?

That's not good news. However, there's an alternative that performs nearly the same (or exactly the same): https://www.dxengineering.com/search/product-line/dx-engineering-rf-pro-1b-active-magnetic-loop-antennas?autoview=SKU&keyword=loop&sortby=BestKeywordMatch&sortorder=Ascending This loop used can...

Re: Delta loop antenna - advice please...

Given your lack of space, you might want to try a vertical inverted loop. Here's an example of a homebrew project, very easy to build, and tunes up to 80 meters: https://www.w8ji.com/super%20miniloop.htm. This project is a duplication of the RadioWorks SuperLoop. I built one about 5 years ago and it...

Sounds like a digital signal or jammer, but I can't identify it.
