Re: Spectrum Analyser - screen dumps
John It appears that the noise floor of the RAS SAS isn't flat, it almost appears to be modulated by a lower frequency signal. The raising of the noise floor might explain the couple of db difference. I would like to know if there is a way to flatten out the noise floor. This is a small "nit" for me...

Re: Feedback for version 0.9a here
Steve,
I would like to experiment with the tracking generator, and I have been following the discussion. I have both a Mega and Uno. I have not been able to find where I can down load the Mega software. Where can I get the software?

Re: Spectrum Analyser - screen dumps
Here a display of the IMD products from my Elecraft KX3. I am using the internal two tone generator on the KX3. The output of the KX3 goes through a WaveNode bi-directional coupler, with an RF sampling port. I then run it through a step attenuator in front of the RSP 1. If you disregard the effects ...

Re: Feedback for version 0.9a here
Steve, Thank you so much for your work. I experiment with high power MOSFET HF amplifiers so my interests in a spectrum analyzer are: measurement of IMD, cut off characteristics of low pass filters, and harmonic suppression through the low pass filter. I can't comment on the harmonic suppression unt...

Re: RSP Spectrum analyser software available shortly
THANK YOU. Christmas is coming early this year. I have been wishing for an SDR Play based spectrum analyzer software for a long time. I experiment with high power HF MOSFET amplifiers and I have tried several different "solutions" for a low cost spectrum analyzer. I started out with the "poor mans" ...

Re: Audio latency when used as a panadapter/sub receiver
I can give that a try. I have a Asus Xonar U7 sound card that supports the ASIO driver, but it is back at my home which is 200 miles away. The next time I come back to my cabin I will bring that sound card along and give it a try.
Thanks for the suggestion.

Audio latency when used as a panadapter/sub receiver
I am using an RSP1 as a panadapter for my Elecraft K3. The If output of the K3 feeds in to the RSP1, and I am using HDSDR software. This combination works great as a visual panadapter for the K3. I would also like to use the sound card audio output as a sub receiver. My goal is to be able to hear bo...
