Spike in Center??

Post by Aerowerx » Thu Jun 13, 2019 2:37 pm

I am using v1.0 for the first time for "serious" work (hey, it's just a hobby!! :D)

Why am I getting a spike at the center frequency of the spectrum display, even with no input connection? It is about 20 dB above the noise floor.

I am using a RSP1A.

Change the IF-type.
Normally we use Zero-IF, but spikes can arise, if you have a problem, try other IF.
