Connect RSP1A to fldigi and wsjt-x

VSPE 32 bit version is free. 64 bit paid. 32 bit work fine. Create virtual com10

Rsp1a emulate ts480. Set to com10, 57600 bps

On fldigi, use flrig, set com10, ts480
Same for wsjtx
