RSP2 rattle

Hi all,
I've just received my RSP2 and noticed that it rattles as though there's something loose inside. Hesitating to open it up in case I invalidate some warranty. Is there anything in there that you'd expect to move around?
Thanks for reading, Steve

Hello Steve,
This is probably just the pigtail cables from the SMA connectors moving around inside the case. They are very flexible and can touch the side of the case.

As long as the unit works ok, I would not be concerned about this.

Sincerely

Or it could be the green connector for the 3rd antenna source. Did you pull that connector out? Usually this type of connector is supplied with the pinch/clamping parts loose so you insert a wire. I just got mine yesterday and thought the same thing for a second, then saw the connector. Did you get yours working? I am having driver issues, and will start a new thread on that.

Hi Gerry,
Have only used the RSP2 through the antenna A connector at the moment. Drivers on Win10 OK but couldn't get SDR# working... another thread for that..
